I build e-commerce products and the operations that keep them running. Underneath, the platform changes; on top, the business carries on.
I began in DevOps, at COMPAREX in 2017, which is why my product decisions start from how a system will run. At Modanisa I spent almost five years on an international fashion platform: the re-platforming of eight core domains, an internal marketplace with product-information management, external marketplace integrations, a WhatsApp commerce bot, self-service support, and the finance, warehouse and campaign systems around them.
At arabam.com I owned the web and mobile roadmap of one of Türkiye's leading automotive marketplaces. I built the vehicle inspection platform that connected 58+ branches, and introduced a sprint cadence that cut time to market by about forty percent.
I have been at FLO Group since 2024. As Senior Product Manager I led the system that automated warehouse and carrier assignment for about 25,000 orders a day. I was also product owner of a multi-model generative AI system for product content (121,000+ SKUs) and of a behaviour-based loyalty framework. All three were validated in production and published as conference papers. As E-Commerce IT Lead Product Manager I own the e-commerce IT strategy, and I led the group-wide digitalisation programme as product owner: 18 initiatives that moved the group's back-office processes onto one platform, with an AI-agent layer for the steps that repeat. In this role I lead 4–5 product managers and a larger engineering team.
I completed a master's degree in Management Information Systems at Bahçeşehir University, then started the Executive MBA there. In the 2026–27 autumn term I teach two courses, on digital transformation in the age of AI and on e-commerce product management, at five universities, under the Ministry of Industry and Technology's “Industry on Campus” programme. The way I work is set out as six habits on the home page, each traceable to a case.
